2. Accounts

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course for your own study. Redistribution, public display, or resale is prohibited without written permission.
4. Payments and taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless specified otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their terms.
5. Refunds
If a course materially differs from its description and you contact us within 14 days without consuming more than 30% of the content, we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to infringe intellectual property, harass others, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages may affect access to content.

Courses are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or income. Use materials responsibly and follow safety instructions for solvents and tools.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Directway Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course.
